No, nothing. I send them a lot of E-Mails and write a lot of times with different guys in Live Chat and they say 'We send you E-Mail' cause they can't see what is wrong. But I never become an E-Mail or answer..it's so hard, I wait now 22 days since withdrawal process and 11-12 days since first verification process for answers and have send them all what they need. Don't know what is wrong 🙁
