No, nothing. I send them a lot of E-Mails and write a lot of times with different guys in Live Chat and they say 'We send you E-Mail' cause they can't see what is wrong. But I never become an E-Mail or answer..it's so hard, I wait now 22 days since withdrawal process and 11-12 days since first verification process for answers and have send them all what they need. Don't know what is wrong 🙁

I deposited via a streamer link and know from several people there that some of them didn't even have to be verified or had no problems at all even though they also come from DE. The fact that it takes a long time seems to be normal there, but not that long and especially not with problems like this. Hope that clears it up, after reading through the things here everyone actually still gets their money, let's hope we get that too..

Does the document have the right format? Usually the casinos ask for a .pdf format of documents. It actually happened a lot of times, when this was the reason for rejecting the document.
