Hi, even though I see what happened to you and it's certainly not pleasant I ask you not to write 10 posts about the same thing and reply to different players. Everyone can read it if you write even one coherent post and don't spam. That would be a start. 

As for the problem itself, it's common for players in some casinos if they take a lot of bonuses to have to deposit in between in order to withdraw. But if you didn't take any other than those two then it seems to me an illogical answer from the casino. Especially if you say that one of them failed at the very beginning and didn't go through. They should take that into account. I also see from the screenshot that you have a withdrawable balance and real money, which evokes in me that I could withdraw that money. 


However, if I understand correctly, is it now only necessary for you to deposit the money and you will be able to withdraw it if it keeps coming back to your gaming account ? Is it enough to deposit a minimum amount ? I'd probably ask that and if it wasn't too much, then it probably wouldn't be too much of a problem. What do you say to that ?

Slot of Vegas is at it again they approve your withdrawal then they tell you a dead line and they don’t even meet there deadline lines they will escalate the issues and of coarse nothing is done it’s a horrible feeling when knowing you win and they confirm the win but don’t pay you out what a travesty I’m exhausted asking them for my money does any know any other way to pressure them to pay me out.

I won 200 a small amount .cashed in September 20.of 24..Said would be approved in 7 to 10 days.it was finally approved October 7th.at 4am.today is October 22/2024..I talk to them every day and told they need my bitcoin add.for the 10th time.then wait until tomorrow..which never comes..my advice is never .never play at Slots of vegas.they are ripoff.and getting rich off Americans and foreign countries..im.going to research.surley there's a higher up to talk to..stay far away to many other casinos that will pay out..

In such a case, I would focus on progressing with the complaint at least. Can you update it? It's actually your turn now 👈 If you feel exhausted, stop asking them - better wait for your complaint to move on. Spare the nerves, I'd say. Waiting for more than two months to submit the complaint must have been hell!
