Im so disappointed i just signup and was playing fine then all of the sudden my account was suspended for no reason reach out in the chat room and nothing they took my 100 dollars in bitcoin so mad just when I thought every thing went well then all of the sudden they pull the rug under my feet not right i hate this website that are not honest and don’t treat their customers with respect it’s a horrible feeling when your winning and they pull the rug under you .

Reply I have made many attempts to log in to chat to get an explanation also attempts to email your support email but was sent back. Please provide a working email to send you all the information also I never conducted in any illegal action or would ever do such action all I do was enjoy your games, also all I ask is allow me to restore my account and play thru what I have or please return my $100 in Bitcoin to my account. Thank you for your respond and hope to get this resolved Asap.

New Comment. I’m extremely impressed with the way Bitfiring to action to resolve my problem. I can now honestly say that this could of been a miss understanding it lead to prove Bitfiring is a new casino but I shows me they were responsible and not afraid to resolve issues thank you Bitfiring for having integrity to give online players the confidence they want when playing online casinos.
