Hello.

Allow me to say that if you close your account, we will not be able to help you, I am afraid.

I forwarded your request to the Complaint Team, however.

Also, note that we can't enforce anything at this point, we serve as mediators only.

My account hasn't been closed and if it was, I wouldn't have needed to write. To date, after 4 full days, the account still remains open. They are scoundrels. I attach the screenshot of the email sent by their customer support to ask for an explanation of my decision. I replied immediately but they don't care because they are scammers there is no other way to justify these behaviors! file

Hello,

may I know what reason did you state, please? I think that in this case, the casino simply keeps our account open because they're cooperating with us to solve your complaint. That's my point of view.

Kindly update your complaint thread here. Thank you.

Hello,

do you need any help, I wonder? What has happened? I can see that you've already submitted the complaint, still, can you share more details maybe?

Yes I had already complaint about them .. they just don't wanna pay wen player wins and they use responsible gambling tool according to there own benefits.. wen I ask them to remove my loss limit they told me it's mandatory to wait for 24 hrs then they remove the limit so I agree then they Remove after 24 hrs I play and ask them to put the limit again

So after again I ask them to remove the limit they didn't wait for 24 hrs to let me think and they remove because they know that I won so much money so they remove my limit right away .. were they have to give me 24 hrs time to think again but they use there responsible tool according to there own benefit.. player doesn't win every time and wen player wins these type of casinos don't pay them and delay the withdrawal process .. and use there tools According to them

But I already complaint against them in the complaint box of casino guru and I have all the screen shot of there chat

I need ur guys help to get my money back

Thanks

Hello,

to be honest, I'm quite confused now. You asked the casino to set your loss limit because you were afraid that you may possibly lose your winnings, am I correct?

Well, what does it have in common with your statement that the casino doesn't want to pay you, please?

I think that the loss limit does not have anything in common with your account balance and especially with withdrawals.

What did I miss I wonder?

I joined Silverplay a couple weeks ago, I put quite a bit of money in as this site has all my favourite games. I withdrew $400 in winnings which, after providing proper documentation, I received quite quickly. Then a couple days later I won $400 again BUT THIS TIME they took 8% of my winnings as a "service fee" because I made a withdrawal twice in a 30 day period. Needless to say I received my $368 again, very quickly, and closed my account. It does state this in their terms and conditions (I realized after) so it’s very important to read the sites terms and conditions prior to playing (I learned the hard way) . I am a member of a lot of casinos and this is the only one that does this. They certainly don’t compensate me for making more than one deposit in 30 days. Silverplay will NEVER see another dime of my money.

Hello,

I would not like that either I guess, but this is all about the profit after all and casinos pay for every transaction made. As you said, the casino's rules, as well as the bonuses' terms and conditions, are always super important, and each player should read all these very carefully to avoid such surprises.

Just i want to know how long take to have your withdrawal in your acount

Hello,

it's quite hard to answer in general.

It depends on several aspects such as verification, the payment method you chose, and of course how quick the casino or payment provider is while fulfilling the withdrawal request.

Is your account verified, please?

In general, I guess that asking the live chat operator would not hurt. 🙂

I lost all hope that they will pay me, but what I want is to warn others not to fall into the same trap as me. I don't even see in the comments here on guru who says that he has paid his withdrawals by Silverplay

I didn't get bonuses and I sent all the documents, they said it was ok, but they kept rejecting the withdrawals without a reason

If reject must send me email to tell me why im right?
