Luckily I don't know but received it today why I don't care the main thing is that they paid me for the time

Is that credible, does anyone know what or can someone research whether and how they pay out. I made my payment by bank transfer. One is in transit since early March and the other is pending since 4/21. They owe me a total of 7,000 euros. I can really use the money. That would be a huge help if I get the money. If someone can find out something here or you CasinoStreamer88 and I finally get my money with a miracle...if necessary also via bitcoin...then I would be very grateful and would definitely reward them with 150 euros in cash. That really hurts and that's a hell of a lot of money, 7,000 euros.

Was the money just confirmed or was the confirmation ages ago and now the money has arrived?

The other day someone said he got his money and then he suddenly disappeared without proof.. who knows if that's true

So yeah.. Another gambler (me) is biting the dust .. I have 5.000euros in my Scatterhall account, wich after alot of complaints filed, no answers from "finance@scatterhall.com" , livechat is a robot, i guess ill never see a dollar of that money ever.Im fully verified, but i have had a cashout pending since 25th of April. Im just so frustrated that people can cheat so blatantly in 2023. How can they still have an operating site wich is now become so obviously fake? I mean.. What does it take to "take down" a casino? Anyone know? I know i will never get my money, but i cant sit and watch this shitshow of a casino just cheat peoples money. I have to do something.. So any tips what you can do is very appreciated. I tried to achieve something weeks ago & really often tried to talk to the people who do it.

Even long texts where I spoke deeply to their conscience..

Unfortunately, they have no conscience, that's my impression.

They also don't have a license anymore, which is why you can't actually do anything.

Sounds very nasty, but the only thing that can help now would be that these operators get a guilty conscience and pay out.

And if you do then you need a damn good lawyer who will probably cost more than the profits.

Of course you should always wait until the profits are there before you spend your money, but I think it's normal that you're happy and want to buy something because you think money will come...

Unfortunately you are right. The whole thing took a toll on me too. It's really hard to win anyway. If you don't even get the winnings paid out anymore, it's pointless to play. I won't play anymore. It's just a waste of money

I get that i probaly wont get my money.. Im in a situation where it doesent change my life, but who is the one that is shutting down casinos? They dont have a licence anymore, and they dont pay out money.. There has to be some kind of instance that is handling this shit? If not.. That means that tomorrow who ever can open a casino, fuck people over , get money and then dont give a shit without a single consequence..

The company falls under the jurisdiction of Curacao. You would have to contact the public prosecutor of Curacao if they can or want to do something. It would certainly be helpful if such a request contained as many names of those affected as possible. I also think it should be punished. Cheating is still a crime.

Yeah.. I have contacted Curacao Egaming and filed a complaint, but they wont do anything since they dont have a Curacao licence. So now they are running an Online Casino without a licence.. Im tempted to go all the way with lawyers ETC.. I have the money, i just dont have the time 😕

I think that the way to report fraud to the public prosecutor's office will lead. The licensing authority doesn't care. It would be interesting to know how many players are affected
