I have made 3 withdrawals since 9/20/2024 and to date have not received anything in my bank account.

While I get in touch with their relevant department every time they ask for forgiveness and patience.

Same experiences as before. Withdrawals have been under review for the sixth day. Livechat just tells you to wait, lots of withdrawal requests. Maybe we should change the practices a little if it doesn't work. However, the promise is for three days. They are probably waiting for the player to cancel the withdrawals and lose the money.

However, I haven't received €1100. There is no need to verify the account and I didn't take any bonuses, so it should be clear. This will be watched until the end.

And is there any reason for this delay? How did they explain it to you?

Unfortunately, it is nothing unusual that a casino could experience an overload of withdrawals from time to time. The main thing is to explain it to its players, of course.

A new twist. My first €500 withdrawal was returned to my game account. I asked why? I heard that the cancellation of the payment was caused by the service provider.

I originally made my deposit using the rapid transfer service and also tried to withdraw using it, but apparently it didn't work.

Customer service claims everything is fine.. I even got service in my own language. However, I have not received any email about this cancellation. Weird.

Well, now I made a withdrawal using a bank transfer and I'm waiting again. The rest of my withdrawals are still under review.

So, how did you learn about that if you didn't receive any email?🤔

I went to the game account to see if the withdrawals are still being checked. In this case, I noticed that one withdrawal was restored. Others were under review.

I'll wait until next week and then look at the appeal.

The money came in after 14 days.

I have also been paid 2 x €500 withdrawals during the weekend. The finance department shouldn't even be at work on the weekend, is it possible to break the queues😂.

So everything is fine, even if there is a delay in payments. I'm still waiting for one withdrawal next week because I won a little more.. although I will skip this casino in the future.

2 weeks to wait is not quite right for every player, but I think in the end it's important that you got the money. Is this the time that discourages you to play in such a casino again or you rather say that you already know how long it takes and so you stay here? 🙂
