It's quite common for a lot of casinos to not do verification or payments over the weekend and then have more of those requirements on Monday. I'd give it a few days to catch up. This casino doesn't seem like it doesn't pay.

Hello, I can see that you are still at the beginning of your withdrawal, so I wouldn't worry and think negatively right away. Try to be patient and see what the next few days bring when the trial should be 3 days.
As for the limit, many casinos have it and although €500 is not a lot but unfortunately you have to adapt to what it is. Maybe in the future it could be increased, but you would have to consult with the casino to see if it is possible and if there are any conditions for it.
