Good morning....Yes I hope a solution is found because it is very bad that there is abuse of power and there is simply exploitation without any respect at all....About 2 months in this particular casino and this is my first withdrawal....It is the my policy to bet small at first and make first withdrawal to find out the reliability of each casino....

Based on our experiences, though, this casino is not a scam - it pays out. Not just your description, actually quite fits the delay the casino says it has been experiencing. It is annoying, I know. Feel free to submit a complaint; despite the fact that my hope it won't be necessary, it is a way to go.
