I like the Free Spins they send to frequent players, the site is beautiful and intuitive. Hi, am I right in understanding that you made a deposit to get a bonus, but this didn't happen and the casino didn't credit it to you due to technical problems? Then you demanded that they credit it to you because you were entitled to it, but they didn't discuss it with you at all?

No they tried to tell me that the bonus expired on the 01.07.2026. And clearly it says good until 01.08.2026 00:00 until 11:59.It says so right on the bonus terms.

Unfortunately, we won't be able to help you with that. If the casino gave you that information, it probably doesn't matter now if the bonus has expired. What makes me sad, though, is that if they are causing such problems and have something written in the Terms and Conditions and the chat says something else, then they should sort it out. 

Did they even tell you if they would compensate you for this loss in some way? Of course, the casino doesn't have to do that, but if I were in this situation, I probably wouldn't play with bonuses at this casino anymore.

No they would not. Do a thing about it. I literally zoomed im on the terms. And showed them. And it seems they made up there own terms on the spot.

I understand that casinos can always decide who they offer their bonuses to and who they don't. But this is definitely not a user-friendly situation.

I probably wouldn't play at a casino like that again.
