Shame don't really understand but they should make it like revolut receive, buy, sell and trade to keep it simple. Another piece of info did you no that if you open a Monzo online banking account you get 4% interest on your balance monthly. That's pretty good seeing as most banks give nothing unless your saving a lot.

Hi guys. I’ve opened up a ticket with etoro as it was between their wallets, ive not heard back yet but as it was between different currencies I think it’s gone. I clicked on the transaction and it’s gone through six different chains or channels (I’ve no clue) and the last one said 258 received 0 transferred. So I’m guessing that’s the end of the line 🤷‍♀️

Hello

I had to send in total 3 email to stop access to my account on the Rollino online gambling site.

Email were sent on 18/06; 01/07 and 15/07. I can of course proof these 3 emails.

I also had a few chats with the Rollino customer service.

Now I noticed that my account is finally blocked but I never had an official answer from them.

In my 2 latest emails I also did demand of the deposits I made after my first email (after 18/06). Obviously I never had an answer on that question too.


I hope that your services can support me with my claim.

Hi, I think the casino should definitely take such things seriously and react as soon as possible and not on 3 occasions.

However, if you just wanted to close the account I don't think that's enough to refund the deposits. Did you mention that you are addicted to the casino or just that you want to close the account ? Did they give you an answer why they didn't close it sooner ?

This is one of the WORST CASINOS, I can freely say the WORST and I have played in over 100 casinos..

I played with real money, won 1500€, payment delay started... assurance that they have small problems... And then only an email from them saying that my account is closed and they referred to their two rules by which they LEGALIZED THE ROBBERY. .. To more Forums; I openly invite their people to correspond, but there is NO answer from them..

This casino does not deserve a 1/10 rating, it deserves a court case and Guantanamo for all employees.
