Well, I'm sorry you decided to lose it all in the end. I'm sure you would have used the money and I feel really bad if it turned out like this. I thought you'd file a complaint and at the very least if the casino hadn't resolved anything and gotten back to you, the safety index would have dropped.

They fixed the bank details last night, I was able to re withdraw. I was told via chat that the withdrawals would take 48 hours and that these payments are a priority. Now let's see what happens.

It's extreme bad luck and that's why I always advise players to always leave their money in their account no matter what, because it's happened more than once that the casino takes longer to pay than necessary.
