Oh and at Ripper i use ezeewallet probably 85% of the time. They haven't asked for any verification on that yet. Yet... I'm sure they'll request it after taking 5 days to verify my other stuff even tho I've had an account there since 2001. Pisses how alot of casinos drag the whole process out to ridiculous time frames by requesting each document singularly and not all at once πŸ™„

Is it normal for the request of verifying mastercard showing the first 8 and last 4 numbers?? I've never had that before@

You should actually ask your bank if it is safe, to be sure. Could you do that and let us know, as well, please?

I get your point here, and unfortunately, it is nothing unusual as far as I can see.

How long are you waiting for the verification to be done?

I eventually got the money via bank transfer. As of yet there has not been any unauthorised transactions on my card.

I reckon it was a bit over a week.

I see, so it should be fine from the bank's side and nothing strange is happening.

I also see that you've been doing the verification for over a week, which is not the least, but in the end it's very important when you pass it successfully. I saw from the previous answers that the casino was asking for documents one by one, which was probably the reason why it took so long. Was there anything unusual that they asked for or just the usual stuff ? πŸ™‚

Nah, just the usual stuff.

Although they did ask for pics of old mastercards that I hadn't used for about a year or so. One of which was a "virtual" card provided by my bank while I waited for a replacement card, so you can imagine the rigmarole I had trying to explain why I couldn't foto that card... After I expressed my confusion and frustration about why i needed to provide photographic evidence of old mastercards that I no longer use, it looked like I was gonna lose my withdrawal. But when I said I don't use them anymore because they are no longer valid the preassure was off and things started moving again.

Excellent, it's good that the casino understood that, because I know how difficult it can be with virtual cards. It's quite interesting that they wanted a photo of the card you last used a year ago, I find that a bit unnecessary, but the most important thing is that you handled it.

So do you think you'll stay with this casino once you've managed to verify and withdraw?

I did verify and withdraw but since then I'm excluded from all bonuses and it's really hard to win there. I dunno how many deposits I made before managing a withdrawal..... maybe 10? I only deposit $20 - $50 at a time because I'm broke and rarely use bonuses anyway, but it's the principle of the thing. Just because I managed a small withdrawal doesn't mean I'm now this master pokie player that doesn't deserve the option of a bonus here or there.

So to answer your question nah, I think I've deposited maybe once since.

In that case, if you like to play with bonuses, this probably won't be the place for you.

Also, if you are playing and can't afford it, I wouldn't go for it so that it doesn't go downhill and get worse. I would always play with what I can afford.

So definitely keep an eye on it and if you move somewhere else, good luck. ☘️

When I say "broke" I mean spare money to be able to afford to lose πŸ‘Œ

Of course I didn't know that, I understood it exactly the opposite, thank you for the explanation.

I believe it will be better elsewhere. πŸ™‚
