I played online slots at Ripper Casino. This casino would send me free spins and bonuses to play and I did. On a free $10.00 I got my winnings to $400.00. I chatted with a person at the casino and asked him if I could make a withdraw and he said yes that I had played thru the bonus .It took me 2 weeks to verify my documents. I went rounds with them on a withdraw until they finally verified my documents. I requested a withdraw weeks later and told me I had to play thru 8.04 of my bonus and I did. The next day they declined my withdraw saying I played a bonus without making a deposit. I read the reviews 2wk on this casino and I should not be surprised.

Hello!

This is not the best feedback, and I'd say players should take advantage of your experience. Two weeks are far too much for the verification in my books, hence I'd be disappointed too, I reckon.

What interests me the most is the bonus, however.

Just to be sure - how many no-deposit bonuses have you taken till the withdrawal was rejected?

I honestly love to know, just to understand what could possibly go wrong.

I only used 1 bonus after requesting a withdraw and account verification 4 times, they said the withdraw was approved but i had another bonus to play. I did not realize I had another bonus, so I had to only complete 10 spins and then the money was coming thru the mail. Hours later they claimed I could not get paid because i used 2 bonuses. They made me play 2 bonuses

I'm sorry, how did the casino make you play both bonuses? You said you didn't realize the second one. How did the second bonus become active?

Took me about 5 days to get verified. Another 5 to get paid. Their Live chat it TOP TEIR...very helpful, patient and efficient. I like this Casino is is one of my "keepers". There is currently no way to keep track of ANYTHING related to your account except Login/Password Balance and Playthrough remaining. She (Jodi) thoroughly explained to me that they are still trying to get some things together and it will be available eventually. Its a basic 30 X PT. Bonuses arent that great but they dont appear to be dishonest, rude or shady in any way. My email communications (all of them) are promptly responded to. Coupon/promo is very transparent. ZERO confusion. And I have to tell ya...they have games others dont. You wont get bored here like I have already at a few sites.

I know you didnt ask all of this but I hope it helps. Anyone can ask me anything if they like. I have played here 4 times now.

If we were doing ratings here on this post it would for sure get a 4 maybe even 4.5
