Don't waste your time or money unless you like to lose money and your sanity. Yes folks, yet another casino with no problems taking your money but every problem known to man when it comes to paying your winnings.
Oh and don't even think you can get a step ahead and prepare for a speedy withdrawal by providing documents and completing kyc! No, you aren't allowed to until you have made a withdrawal request and the "relevant team" requests you to!
I'm sorry but huh??? I asked 5 different staff on 5 separate occasions thru live chat and email and was shut down every time. Nope, you are not to do anything unless they request you to. Oh but don't worry, according to chat staff "Nessa" alot of withdrawals are processed without kyc being done... Bullshit!!! I've never come across a site that doesn't require kyc unless it's exclusively crypto nor a site that doesn't allow you to upload kyc documents when you sign up or deposit! You can't even try emailing the docs because they simply reject them and say no, not until it is requested.
Pft, yeah right.
I just wish I'd read user reviews of this scam of a site before multiple deposits cos I would have gone elsewhere.
Ts & Cs say 3 days for cash out processing.. another bullshit statement as it's been over a week waiting for a mere $80 and nothing has been processed and still no request for kyc.
I have no idea why guru has given such a high rating because Playzilla absolutely sucks!!
