I started playing here December 2022 and made 2 successful withdrawals. Since then I made a withdrawal in February 2023 which was approved instantly. Since then all they have been saying is that they have a problem with the payment provider. The first 2 withdrawals were paid to me directly by them so the story of the provider is nonsense. They are not going to pay me and looking at the other reviews the other players aren’t going to be paid either. There needs to be something done about these scam casino sites

Please anyone that reads this STAY AWAY. I have now been waiting 3 months for withdrawal to be processed and still not done. Had various emails to state its going to be paid and it the never happens. Emails will barley get replied to and when they do its just excuses after excuses. Chat system is an absolute waste if time as they can not help with anything and will just fob you off and then cut you off. WORSE CASINO I HAVE EVER KNOWN.

it is now 31/08/23 and withdrawal is still not done. I have had an email to say they always pay but they cannot tell me when as there IS A PROVIDER PROBLEM AGAIN. Thus casino is just a scam and a con.

Don't bother with this scammer of a site. Yet another "casino" that will gladly take your money but find any excuses known to man, and some not known to man, to avoid paying winnings.
Their excuse for me was I 'broke the rule about irregular play because I had approximately 20ish spins on slots at $5 a spin that were 25% of the deposit amount of $20. I used a 200% match bonus and had over $3 700 to wager.... Thats right, $3 700. It took hours and hours to finally successfully wager a near impossible amount to get some winnings just to have it stripped due to "irregular play." I've deposited numerous times here and never come close to completing their ridiculous wagering.
Read the conditions and it doesn't say I broke a rule but that the casino "may consider it irregular play and has the right to void winnings." Sounds like a loophole. Regardless of my previous squeaky clean play record here they flat out said no winnings. Well the chat staff Zoe said... apparently chat staff have the power to review play now and treat customers like sh%t and shatter dreams without batting an eye lid. Oh but she offered me "cashback" as a consolation prize for the inconvenience of snatching $1000 from my cheering hands.
Sketchy, unclear rules and impossible wagering make for a less than desirable casino experience.
Save your money folks. These guys don't give a rats about you, only your money.

Requested a withdrawal 8th April. Was told after 2 weeks that they had a problem with their provider. Then told that issue had been fixed at the end of April as they had a new provider. Its now been over 6 weeks so I complained, only to be told they had an "issue with their provider" Total bull***t
Id advise anyone to not deposit their money to Betneto as you will be conned
