The structure of the site is not very intuitive, certain fundamental options are missing on the menu (for example the deposit or withdrawal report), promotions cannot be activated, even promotional codes received but impossible to activate. Operator assistance from 9am to 11pm but there is no operator available, the bot recommends sending emails to which no one ever responds for days.
