Warning!! I sent in a complaint to Jackpoker and have now been waiting for 76days without they solved it, 15days since their last update in email. They have sent me about 15emails since day1 and everone has been: We working on your problem, please wait.
I also read an article on YPD where i say this: " there are increasing reports from players that over 50% of the player pool consists of bots, and even experienced players cannot make any profit at the tables, with every player ultimately losing all their money. Regrettably, we have only received negative feedback about JackPoker from various players since the beginning of our partnership, and nothing has improved. The payment issues involving a relatively modest sum and the unreliability of various statements make it even more difficult for us."
And with my experience now with the long waiting for an answer on my complaint i really just want to warn all from playing here! There are way better poker rooms to play on. I will update this review every 5day until i get an answer from JackPoker.
