Hello again,

Just an update: At the moment, it seems like the chat operator misled you - probably unintentionally.

The terms and conditions explain dormant accounts differently:

"3.6. Dormant / Inactive Accounts

Rajabets will consider an account to be dormant/inactive after 6 months since the last account login. Rajabets shall endeavor to contact the Customer before designating an account as a Dormant. In case no response is received from the Customer within 7 days of the date on which Rajabets has attempted to contact the Customer, the account will be designated as Dormant. Once your Customer Account has been designated as a Dormant account, Rajabets shall be entitled to charge you a monthly administration fee of €5 (or the equivalent value of the Customer's chosen currency) (the "Administrative Fee'). The first Administrative Fee will be charged at the end of the 6th month after the last account login was recorded. Rajabets will cease the deduction of any Administrative Fee if the Customer login into his account during the Dormancy period."

That made us all believe the chat operator just made a bad mistake.

To be 100% sure, however, we asked the casino again, and are waiting for a reply.

Wanted to save you some time and confirm rajabets.com also has fake T&C, they say one thing in their terms and conditions and then do something else, two different agents gave the same answer. They claim in their T&C accounts get closed after 6 months, but they actually get closed after 3 months, also, dormant accounts don't get charged 5 euros each month deducted from their balance, the entire balance gets stolen/voided/confiscated. Want to add their KYC process is also false, they ask for endless amounts of documents but they NEVER check them, this way they can close accounts without never having to check their documents, really convenient right? Closing accounts after 3 months and there are users that had their documents unchecked for 5 months 😂 my document has been sitting there unchecked for more than 1 month, but I have given up, when you get scammed there is not much to dofilefilefile

Yes, impossible to trust it. It's what I'm saying: this casino makes people wait too much, the slowest KYC process known to mankind 😂 this happens to many people, look at their trustpilot reviews, people waiting for even 5 months, the funny thing is you get your account closed if you don't log in for 3 months, so make sure to log in from time to time, also file a complaint here in casino.guru, it brings awareness and helps other people see this is a recurring problem and avoids them from registering

They do this exact same thing many times to many users. Not a surprise. It's crazy how they tell you to open a new account just after they banned you, if you create a new account they will cause you of opening multiple accounts and once again steal your money

Sorry to say that, but it seems you were not acting correctly while playing.

I found this:

I was provided with additional details and evidence supporting the claims about "Arbitrage Betting" in connection with another casino account in one Live Casino game. After gathering all the necessary information, we are closing this complaint as unjustified due to breaching the casino's terms and conditions - engaging in a prohibited practice that gave you an unfair advantage over the casino. You are not entitled to the winnings obtained in this way. The casino acted correctly and in accordance with its terms and conditions that you accepted upon registration. The applied rule was mentioned above in the first post from the casino. Basically, you could be even glad that your initial deposit was returned to you, and after such a breach, only the invalid winnings were confiscated."
