yes I have contacted them lots of time via live chat also via email. live chat support said send an email so i did that email support don't replied for a week after I got the mail dont login for 3 months your membership will be canceled automatically and a lot to say simply they are not supportive at all please take proper action against them I have lost too much money to casino they run the social media events as well and due to lack of gambling knowledge in india people fall prey to them I mean 90% of indian dont have knowledge about responsible gambling what rajabets is doing with them

As mentioned before I tried to close my account because I was facing responsible gambling issues. When I made a complaint at casino.guru about they do not follow responsible gambling and not closing my account even after contacting lots of times via live chat and email as well. They didn't liked it and they closed my account forever. And after few months I contacted them regarding reopening of my account they denied giving excuses that I have made complaint at casinoguru. Also they said I posted about them on social media which I didn't. I have not seen this kind of behaviour from any casino.

I respect whatever casinogurus decision is but Rajabets giving wrong excuse, and they don't follow responsible gambling rules what about that.

Hello there,

I'd say in general, we can't blame casinos because people in India are not aware of gambling issues they may suffer, while playing in casinos.

We try very hard to warn all players that in the long perspective, casinos always win. Play only for fun with funds you can afford to lose.

If any casino offers a bonus with unclear or unfair terms or its general terms are against fair gambling, that's truly bad.

But when players willingly reflect on such an offer and can't comprehend all rules, it's not the casino's fault, don't you think?

For now forget about people just talk about my issue, they don't closed my account on time due to which I have faced lots of financial issues
