The player engaged in a prohibited practice with another casino account in a Live Casino game, which gave him an unfair advantage. The player confirmed that his deposit was refunded, but he is not entitled to the winnings.

Hi my username a***64 in rajabets ..I am deposit 5000rs and play win 3800rs more..after submitting kyc ..kyc pending 55days then all balance deducted and deposit amount return ..after costomer service asked say risk department deducted winning balance ..so return my winning ammount..very bad service in future no one use..because if win big ammount after kyc pending more than 1 month ..very bad service..costomer service copy paste ans send ..calling service Gmail service no response..if you want to money safe then don't play rajabets

Firstly we would like to state that there are 2 different accounts registered on Rajabets; ha******9 - Ab*******4 belonging to the same user under different Name-Surnames. Ab*******4 was flagged by the casino provider as "Arbitrage Betting" and his last deposit "5000 INR" was available for the user to withdraw, and the information had been conveyed to the user via Live Support. Afterwards user had withdrawn his last deposit amount. All the accounts affiliated with Ab*******4 were terminated.


4.8. Refunds


"Players who make a profit through arbitrage, cheating, game bug, or a risky bet may be deleted without explanation by the Risk Department. The player's deposit, excluding the unfair advantage, can be refunded to the player when the reviews are over. Rajabets reserves the right to delete all winnings and hold the deposit amount. Transactions will take place at the sole discretion of Rajabets."

I was provided with additional details and evidence supporting the claims about "Arbitrage Betting" in connection with another casino account in one Live Casino game. After gathering all the necessary information, we are closing this complaint as unjustified due to breaching the casino's terms and conditions - engaging in a prohibited practice that gave you an unfair advantage over the casino. You are not entitled to the winnings obtained in this way. The casino acted correctly and in accordance with its terms and conditions that you accepted upon registration. The applied rule was mentioned above in the first post from the casino. Basically, you could be even glad that your initial deposit was returned to you, and after such a breach, only the invalid winnings were confiscated.
