I would call this particular casino more than amateur because there is no support and no contact from the chat as far as my questions are concerned and it is completely irritating because they are playing with your patience.. I have made a withdrawal request 10 days ago and when I expected give me an answer about the withdrawal, they asked me for identification after five days, that is, something that I believe should be done at the first moment. Τέλος πάντων τους παρείχα όλα τα έγγραφα που μου ζητούσαν και έχουνε κολλήσει στο θέμα της διεύθυνσης κατοικίας με τη διεύθυνση που αναγράφει το καζίνο όταν είχα φτιάξει το λογαριασμό του καζίνο εμένα σε άλλη κατοικία και τώρα έχω μετακομίσει και Μαινάλου τους το χω στείλει μία εβδομάδα τώρα και αυτοί εξακολουθούν να μου κάνουν την ίδια ερώτηση για ποιο λόγο να γράφει δηλαδή διαφορετική διεύθυνση στο καζίνο και διαφορετική διεύθυνση στον αριθμό τηλεφώνου σαν να μην διαβάζουν καθόλου τα mail ή απλά κοροϊδεύουν τον κόσμο για να χάσω τα λεφτά τους η κριτική μου για αυτό το καζίνο είναι κάκιστη πέρα από τη μεγάλη πλατφόρμα και πολλά παιχνίδια που διαθέτει όλα τα άλλα όσο αφορά τη συμπεριφορά στον παίκτη είναι κάκιστη φοβάμαι ότι θα χάσω τα χρήματά μου και φταίει όλα αυτά που μου λένε κάθε μέρα. Δεν έχουν όρεξη να βοηθήσουν για να διεκπεραιωθεί ένα θέμα το οποίο δεν αξίζει καν πάνω από μία μέρα για να γίνει και όλα αυτά τα κάνουν επίτηδες μήπως χάσουμε τα λεφτά που μας έχουν απομείνει πολύ κακή εμπειρία καζίνο
