I made a deposit via Pix,,,and there is no option to withdraw via Pix or bank transfer,,,only the option to withdraw by cryptocurrency,,,they don't solve anything through the chat and don't even answer the support in the email,,,I had to make a crypto account to withdraw and even then it's not working,,,,I'm waiting,,,if I don't solve this today I'll be filing a lawsuit!!!!
