I am still not verified, the withdrawal of 290 euros was credited to me yesterday... the withdrawal request of 500 euros is still pending since September 4th.
From what I understand they pay but in their own time and based on what their head tells them.

On 09/17/2024 I requested a withdrawal. It is supposed to take between 1 and 3 days to process it. Since it did not reach me through the chat, I contacted them and they told me that they were working on it and that it takes about 5 days excluding weekends. Today I looked again and it no longer appears as an available withdrawal, but that I do not have the money on the card or in the bookmaker to play. I contacted them again and they told me that it has not been processed yet. After a short time, as I was not satisfied, I contacted them again and they told me that it was processed but that it would take 3 more days to be reflected on the card. The truth is that I was left feeling bad because of the disparate answers to which I contacted them again and they told me that it has not been processed and that they are having problems due to a large number of requested withdrawals.
El pasado día 17/09/2024 solicité un retiro. Se supone que tardan entre 1 y 3 días en procesarlo. Como no me llegaba a través del chat contacté con ellos y me decían que estaban en ello y que tardan sobre 5 días excluyendo los fines de semana. Hoy volví a mirar y ya no me aparece como retiro disponible, si no que ni tengo el dinero en la tarjeta ni en la casa de apuestas para jugar. Me vuelvo a poner en contacto y me dicen que aún no está procesado, al poco tiempo al no quedarme agusto vuelvo a ponerme en contacto y me dicen que si está pero que tarda 3 días más en estar reflejado en la tarjeta. La verdad que me quedó mal cuerpo por las dispares contestaciones a lo que vuelvo a contactar y me dicen que no está realizado y que están teniendo problemas debido a un gran número de retiros solicitados.

I understand that it is 3 days from today, but since they later told me that the refund had not yet been made, I don't know if it has really been made or if I have to keep waiting for them to solve their problems.

Whenever there is a large number of withdrawals at one time, it is totally understandable that there will be some delay.
