On 09/17/2024 I requested a withdrawal. It is supposed to take between 1 and 3 days to process it. Since it did not reach me through the chat, I contacted them and they told me that they were working on it and that it takes about 5 days excluding weekends. Today I looked again and it no longer appears as an available withdrawal, but that I do not have the money on the card or in the bookmaker to play. I contacted them again and they told me that it has not been processed yet. After a short time, as I was not satisfied, I contacted them again and they told me that it was processed but that it would take 3 more days to be reflected on the card. The truth is that I was left feeling bad because of the disparate answers to which I contacted them again and they told me that it has not been processed and that they are having problems due to a large number of requested withdrawals.

No wonder you feel dissatisfied. Frankly, without knowing what is happening with the casino's financial team or people responsible for approving or completing the transactions, we can only speculate where such delay truly comes from an unexpected amount of winners.

I totally agree a fair explanation combined with obvious effors to ease your bad experience would be expected.

Just try to be a little bit patient, and our complaint team will try to intervene if there is nothing happening. Just keep in mind that we usually give casinos 14 full days to complete the withdrawal.

Whenever there is a large number of withdrawals at one time, it is totally understandable that there will be some delay.
