Hello, I think that if you write to the casino that this is your current situation, you should be able to change it, or they should be able to change it. Did you tell them you have a different address? If so, what did they say?

Hi, I wrote to the casino exactly the same thing I wrote here and they blocked my account because they think I'm using someone else's data? even though I actually hadn't even uploaded proof of residence to my account because I was afraid something could happen since the addresses didn't match, now they don't answer my emails anymore and I filed a complaint right here on this site and I'm waiting for a response, I'd be happy if you could check it out too and let me know what you think

I would always recommend contacting the casino in case of any unpleasantness, even of this nature. There is nothing to worry about because the more you wait, the worse it can be in the future.
Anyway, since you have filed a complaint Veronika is now in the process of resolving it and hopefully it will be cleared up and you will be able to change the incident.
I have looked at the complaint and since I don't deal with them, I will ask you things here from time to time.

In my experience, MyStake Casino usually responds to complaints when contacted by us. We first have to find out from the player everything that is necessary for this to happen. I don't want to give you any false hopes that this will be resolved, I would rather wait to see how the whole situation develops and what our team will find out from you as well. Besides, Veronika doesn't just have one complaint, and you have a timer at the top right of your complaint that tells you how long each side has to respond. So you don't have to worry about not getting an answer from her.🙂
