Hi, I wrote to the casino exactly the same thing I wrote here and they blocked my account because they think I'm using someone else's data? even though I actually hadn't even uploaded proof of residence to my account because I was afraid something could happen since the addresses didn't match, now they don't answer my emails anymore and I filed a complaint right here on this site and I'm waiting for a response, I'd be happy if you could check it out too and let me know what you think

I would always recommend contacting the casino in case of any unpleasantness, even of this nature. There is nothing to worry about because the more you wait, the worse it can be in the future.

Once documents were put in I pretty sure I was verified within 24 hours but it was a while ago now but I'm sure it wasn't to long and the great thing is, once that was done I was good to go and haven't had any issues. As for game providers literally there all really good and play really well I like the pragmatic, hacksaws and pg softs but all providers play really well and seem to be the best versions of the games available, set to a good rtp. This is what makes mystake a cut above, in my view. Have had some great wins from time to time. Highly recommend 👌

Když jsem psal na podporu, napsali mi, že mi peníze vrátili a že jsem je prohrál, ale po výběru 122 euro už jsem ve hraní nepokračoval, takže jsem si jistý, že mi peníze nevrátili, co mám dělat?

No I don't think they can change it as and when, but they have a choice to take the game at a higher or slightly lower rtp and in my experience there usually set to the best rtp available, plus there's slightly different versions of each game (in the way they play) and again in my experience it's usually the best version.
