Guys I don't mean to sound rude but you are wasting your time if you expect any money back from magicwin. They are a scam website and you are only torturing yourself hoping that they aren't.
The very best you can hope for is to issue a chargeback via your bank and at least get your deposits back. You will NOT get any winnings as otherwise they wouldn't be very good at their scamming.
Because they will have been overall losing customers and it will have been for relatively small amounts.
Well, I'm sorry you got yourself into this situation. It's certainly not pleasant and I would recommend avoiding this casino, which I probably don't need to tell you, but you've realized that yourself.

Do you (Casino Guru) know what the benchmark is for casinos like this before It can be added to the blacklist category? Just curious as there is a hefty volume of complaints that are marked un-resolved and sure other sites are having the same volumes.
In such situations will/can Casino Guru work with other review websites to protect players as much as possible?
Responsibility is ultimately with the player reading reviews to not use these casinos but do feel there may be a missed opportunity to collaborate to help protect players from a wider perspective.

Well, that's a good question, but as we can see the casino is still operating. That's why I always recommend to do your research about the casino and find out some information about it before depositing. It can relieve the player from such unpleasant situations.

Hi, regarding the blacklist I asked our data team if there are any criteria and basically the answer is that we don't blacklist casinos, but we look for blacklists with casinos on relevant sites. I understand that so many concerns and such a low safety index arouses in me that it should definitely be on one, but so far we have not found a relevant blacklist on which the casino would be located.
As far as cooperation with other review websites is concerned, it probably won't work that way. We think that the information on our website is sufficient and the player can decide where to play and where not. For this particular casino, I don't think there is anything to think about.
My recommendation is always to check the casino before you play. I think a lot of players would never come here if they saw how many warnings this particular casino has.

I know it’s not much consolation but I do feel for you and others who are in this situation. I was hoping all the effort from Casino Guru and all players affected could be contributed to getting this casino onto the wider blacklist to spread much greater awareness, to a much broader audience. Feels like an opportunity missed or out of reach, after all there’s so much effort put into reporting, documenting evidence etc to just hit a dead end.
I do think it’s really appreciated that so many players share their feedback if only to help others stay clear. Of course it does not take the bitter after taste away from such negative experiences.
I would like to see Casino Guru remove links to sites with such low scores. I don’t think providing links to the websites is helpful and is one step it could take to support this community. As stated above, ultimately it’s the players responsibility to play at these sites and accept any consequences I’m afraid.

I also sympathize with you about your situation, because I can imagine how angry I would be. It's certainly not normal and we can't force the casino to take any action. My only recommendation is to stay as far away from this and other similar casinos as possible, although I understand that this is not what you want to hear. Unfortunately, it is what it is.
