Scam site!!!

I have withdrawn £3600. I've been disabled from the live chat and all my emails are ignored. I initiated the withdrawal 20 days ago and whilst this hasn't quite reached their nonsensical 7-21 days for reviewing purposes (even though they advertise the fact that the withdrawals take 1-2 days on their T&Cs and then send a withdrawal confirmation saying 4 days!) I am under no illusions I will get this back. Unless I receive my funds by the end of this week - I will be contacting a private investigator to try to find out where they are based (Their 'made up' registered address is a wine shop in Altrincham, Cheshire UK) and I will be contacting all their gaming providers to stop working with them!

I can’t see how this is possible at all because they are not a casino in anyway except for the front end of a scam site. They are registered as retailers in Africa on the financial side / Cyprus, so people have been defrauded here…


Strangely, I have been successful in getting one payout from a withdrawal (please note this is after depositing an amount 5x bigger) as well as chargebacks from my bank. I told the complete on whole truth and it looks like they have investigated and I have 80% of the amount back (substantial amount)

Seventeen days ago, I made a deposit there and won €150. I then requested a withdrawal. According to the confirmation from the casino, the withdrawal should be processed within two to four days.

After this deadline passed, I contacted customer support. They told me that withdrawals could now take 7 to 21 days. They couldn't or wouldn't give me a specific reason for the delay. Instead, when I asked, I only received general answers like "the payout will be processed soon" or "it won't be long now."

My verification is fully complete, and according to the website, the casino advertises that withdrawals typically take 2 to 4 days. So far, 17 days have passed, and I still haven't received my money.
