Hi deposited a total of £1400 in this casino on January 18-21st and withdrew £3500 with no bonuses or any promotions. I withdrew on 22nd January and now keep getting the same nonsense excuses from them, keep blocking me from the chats for asking where my money is. Complete scam. its been 48 days today and not even a sniff of me getting my money back. Not sure what to do now

At least you can try a chargeback to get at least a portion of the deposits. Yet it depends on the circumstances, I guess. Do you care to look for details? The others seem to get something.

Why would it close the door on casinos? They’re not even a registered casino / gambling business?

Because if you ask for a chargeback, it is possible that you will get into a system where you have basically "abused" this power of yours and other casinos may not want you as a customer because they may be afraid that you will do the same thing to them one day. I guess that's how I would explain it in a nutshell.🤔

Well, the safety index says it all, and if players submit their complaints and the complaints finish as unresolved, the rating will even go lower.

I was talking about chargebacks. I suggest you learn how this feature works in your country, and whether it is possible to request a chargeback with your bank (depends on the payment option, through which you deposited), because it seems like the only way to at least get back a portion of your deposits.

I deposited around £1400 with this casino between 19th -21st January and took no bonuses and have not broken any T&CS( Have read through a dozen times) They asked me to wait the expected 21 working days which i patiently did. Now they are just blocking me from the chats and i get no email responses whatsoever. I had to join a vpn to get back on the chat service and just keep getting fed the same excuses we have an overload of withdrawal requests and were sure it will be finalised soon. Ive been owed 3500£ for 49 days now as i withdraw on the 22nd January 2025. Any assistance would be much appreciated.

I have been playing here for a while withdrawn around 500£ a few times with no issues paid out quickly. I have just made a withdrawal of 3k a few days ago now I’m being told I need to wait 7-21 working days whilst they check my withdrawal after reading reviews here and elsewhere I am extremely worried I will not get my money.

I understand that, and I like to help out, but as I said, this casino is not interested in cooperation or resolving players complaints. So the whole point of the suggested complaint was to actively warn other players. I do not believe we can help you get the money, to be honest.

Besides, I still think you should try to investigate the chargeback option. Did you read my last reply, please?

I would love to assure you all will be paid, but as far as I can say, your description fits the scheme. Lower sums are carried out, while the larger sums become an issue. I wish I were entirely mistaken!
