Hi Jaro,

It has been 25 non business days since I applied for my withdrawal of €2000. There is no reason for them not to pay other than they are actual scammers. The complainant got closed for some unknown reason 🤔

There is no point for me to do a charge back with my bank because the difference is to great.

I'm not optimistic at all but I might as well continue to try and get the withdrawal due to it being 2k

Phew, that's a lot.

Nevertheless, your complaint has been closed because the casino hasn't been communicating with us for a long time and therefore every complaint that comes in is closed with a "no reaction policy"

2000 euros is quite a lot in my opinion and I would be happy if you could get your money, but as you said, I am not very optimistic.

Just to let everyone know that this site has been proven to be a scam site. After 28 non business days of waiting for my withdrawal they have closed my account without any legitimate reason. I will not stop posting on review sites until this website has closed. To be honest casino guru I'm kind of disappointed that u haven't helped more to prevent such a fraudulent site from operating.

Hello.

Although I understand your feelings, you should avoid such sites in the first place. We provided quite a good warning: Have you seen this?

filefile

This site needs to be avoided because the reasons are there: https://casino.guru/magic-win-casino-review

I think you believe someone can just point a finger and the casino will be closed. This is a big mistake, especially when it comes to unlicensed casinos. No one is regulating unlicensed casinos, go to court if you ever find their owner.

I guess you should inform yourself a bit about the world of gambling. 🙏

And please, play only in UKGC-regulated casinos.

I'm sorry you were scammed.

Hi Radka

I do agree, these sites should be avoided and all information reviewed here taken seriously and at the players risk playing at them.

I would like to gently suggest Casino Guru remove links to these sites within the review’s as leaving links is promoting access to the sites or could be perceived this way.

I hope this is taken as a reasonable request, a step to distance from such sites and build on Casino Guru’s reputation. 🫡

Great idea Pickle,

I also suggest that they shouldn't state withdrawal limits because there is actually no chance of receiving anything.

It would be a good point, but I still believe that every player has a choice and doesn't have to click on it to get to the page. Especially if he sees all the warnings that are there.

But of course I understand what you're talking about and I hope that with casinos like this, no one would be tempted to go there.

I don't think this is such a bright observation because it can often help players in general and they have an idea of how much they can withdraw. A casino with such a safety index is a warning in itself and I certainly wouldn't deposit there, so I probably wouldn't be interested in such information. For other casinos, it's pretty good stuff anyway.

We are talking about gambling here Jaro. If casino guru is supposed to be here to help and advice people then surely they should understand the addictiveness of gambling. The reason people play these types of site are because they are not regulated by the UK gambling authorities IE not on gamcare and GameStop.

If some of these sites are scam sites and casino guru knows this then there shouldn't be any temptation promoted on the site or links to them

I understand what you mean, but it's a feature that is at every casino. However, in this case I have to say that temptation should definitely not be at such a casino, especially when there are so many warnings.

Although I would say again that we don't promote casinos but we provide information about them and that is quite a difference.

Hi Jaro

Thanks for you’re response and openness of receiving feedback.

I have to disagree on the comment "we don’t promote casinos" on the basis you allow feedback from players, good, bad and complaints to be processed here but do not protect players by removing direct links to bad, high risk sites. That is promoting by knowing from reviews and/or complaints this casino is bad and not removing direct links to the sites. Putting everything onto the player is a stretch on this scenario, as this site does have responsibilities too.

If you (Casino Guru) feels it’s not a concern would it possible to run a poll to see how the community feels and gather some feedback. If Casino Guru agrees of course.

Thanks Jaro.

Hi

I deposited £20 at Magic win 10 days ago.

I played Buffalo negaways,i managed to get into the feature

multiplier bonus game.

I expected maybe a win of £10--£50 as i was playing 20p spins

to my amazement the feature paid me £4700.

My account was already verified and i never play with bonuses.

So i headed to the withdrawel page, entered a withdrawel for £4600.

Says withdrawel for bank transfer is 0-4 working days.

Withdrawel still pending today.

Spoken to 24/7 live chat they said be patient could take 7--21 days.

When i contacted support again and ask the problem they said the risk

management team are looking into game logs etc as i could of used cheating software.

Contacted support team for the 3rd time they replied is this a withdrawel enquiry again.

I said its simple i deposit i risk my money i lose i never moan but when i win i also expect

to be paid...Can anyone please help as i have a sinking feeling reading previous comments.

many thanks

Hi, I think you've run into the same problem as many other players before you. I'm not sure if this case will have a happy ending even if I really wanted it to.

However, have you seen what kind of safety index the casino has on our site ? It's right at zero and I would never deposit here. Also, the casino does not respond to our complaints, so help in this case will be difficult and therefore the only thing we can rely on and wait to see if the casino will pay the money or not.

So will you let us know if you hear anything new please ? I'll be waiting.

Still no withdrawal, about 4 or 5 weeks in, owed into 5 figures

Also Jaro - it's great that MagicWin has a 0 rating and you do not recommend using them, but you endorse a lot of sites they own? Which are scams too? Such as Solisbet for example

Hi

Thanks for the reply Jaro.

I did things the wrong way around,

I have played online casinos for several years and never

been in a position of none payment.

Think people just trust sites are legit.

Looks like im going to learn the hard way.

I will always check reviews from here on in.

I will also say here i have been playing at Iwilds casino

and although ive had a small withdrawel.

The buffalo megaways slots i play only features rarely.

Think the game software is unfair to the proportion of money

ive lost on the game.

Hi,

I don't want to upset u but I had a very similar situation with them a few weeks ago. I withdrew €2000 that I won completely legitimately. They then sent me an email confirming my withdrawal. I waited 28 non business day like they said then contacted them every few days for an update. More weeks went by when they decided to just close my account. Obviously I have not received the funds. They told me it was a managerial decision to close the account then on another time they said I had requested the closure. I have screenshotted everything so if anyone knows of something we can do I can share it.

Unfortunately they are 100% a scam company. I really hope people will see our comments and think twice before falling into this trap.

Hi

My latest chat with magic win this evening.

Ok i am worried about this withdrawal process as a lot of casino reviews say your casino dont pay winnings is this true

Miguel

There is a lot of misinformation on the internet. However it is up to you in what you trust in. It should be done as soon as possible. Kindly wait.
