In the context of this casino, I saw that you had a complaint filed, but I'm not surprised that the casino hasn't tried to resolve this situation, as they have done so quite often in the past.
May I ask what excuses and lies the casino is giving you ? What reason do they provide for not being able to withdraw your money?

I signed up stupidly, deposited £180 ish, won £140….I withdrew 30/06, and I received my winnings a week ago. I wasn’t expecting it and reported to my bank to ask for a refund of all deposits. (Before It was received)
I was given a lot of excuses as to why it takes so long, my DOB was wrong in account but they changed it, and am just happy I got my winnings.

I would also like to point out that by asking for deposit refunds through the bank, you risk other casinos won't allow you to play, such customers are not welcome - if you catch my meaning. Thus the reversal should be considered a last-resort option.

I raised a chargeback dispute based on the fact that my transactions were miscoded which meant it looked like I was shopping online as opposed to showing up as a gambling transaction and as this company are not actually registered, I was never going to recieve any winnings.
Guess what I won my chargeback. I stated that this was no different if for example I had went online to a bogus site, purchased a mobile phone and it never came because it was bogus in the first instance. So my advice would be to you all, apply for a chargeback dispute. They are miscoding and that's illegal with visa card services and basically once the bank raises the complaint to visa the company have 50 days to dispute and if they don't it means they have to repay your disputed amount. Why would dispute it to face heavier penalties . This way for them they don't have any explaining to do and that shows you that If they were legit they would dispute it . Absolutely lousy site. But I won and you can too

In the same way with you, I am glad that righteousness has seen the light of day. It was certainly a difficult process but it paid off in the end am I right ? May I ask how long it took you ?

Once I iniated the chargeback dispute with my bank which took about a week to get it sorted. The bank then takes the dispute to visa and merchants like magic1.bet have 50 days to respond to visa . If they don't respond, it's an automatic win and they must pay back the disputed amount which in my case was 800 euros.
As I said when they are miscoding transactions as its illegal there's no way any site that is doing this will answer visa and try and explain. They won't because there's nothing to explain and it would mean for them that they would have to admit what and why they did it. Which works obviously incur more penalties.
Either way they get severe penalties and I'm delighted about it. The more people who dispute the more these cowboys will be forced to shut down.

Not sure what to make of your comment. Why would anyone want to register with the same brand or management after what they are doing to people. It's essentially theft, unlicensed. Making people jump through hoops and of course you were never going to recieve any winnings.
Visa card services would not have accepted my banks dispute if magic1.bet had not been in serious breach of their terms and conditions.
What this proves is that, it was the right decision to make. Preying on very vulnerable people and cheating them out of money and the lies they tell deserves to be highlighted and them made to pay for their disgusting behaviour.
Also people who have addictions , there's alot of psychology behind registering. Not a lot of people at this level will be looking for reviews as they are not in control and the illness ensures any common sense isn't there. I'm not afraid to say it but I am an addict. It's a horrible place to be. We all have to own our mistakes and seek help but it's an extremely difficult thing to ask for help. Unless you've hit rock bottom, it will not be sought.
That's why these companies need people to push on with their chargeback because magic1.bet clearly have no social responsibility rules or infact give a dam about anyone .

As I said, in the case of small casinos with a terrible rating, I would not mind much.
Speaking about Magic Win, no one should play there in the first place, and the chargeback sounds logical to me.
If you try that in a bigger one, however, it may limit the amount of casinos accepting you in the future.
