If you want to discuss anything related to Lucky Hunter Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
Hello,
I can only warn everyone about this casino! I have probably played in 100 casinos, but unfortunately it is impossible to make a withdrawal here.
I have easily paid in a total of 3000€ and now wanted to withdraw a three-digit sum today.
My account has been verified for a long time, they wanted a bank statement that was from a deposit made last week, well, a bit unusual but not a problem. Uploaded and waited.
Suddenly an email saying that the payout was rejected, that alone is such a disgusting tactic that you lose the money again (reputable providers would simply request further documents and not cancel the payout straight away).
but well, I was asked to reply to the email and confirm the cashout address and state the amount. I also had to have an agent confirm the cashout address in the live chat (also an absolute joke). But no matter, I replied to the email, wrote the address and the amount.
Then after several hours in the live chat I finally got through to someone and confirmed the cash out address. Then he told me to wait.
A few minutes later I received another email saying the payout had been rejected and returned to my account.
So I tried for hours to reach someone (there was no response via email) and 90% of the time I got a message in the chat saying that I should try again later. He then said that I hadn't written an email, so I sent him a screenshot of the email and asked me to try again.
I've tried this 6 times now!!! Without any success, I can't get through via chat and I don't get any response via email.
I have now gambled away the remaining amount and written an email asking them to block my account for life.
I hope that as many players as possible read this warning and stay away from the casino.
I am really sorry about the issue and that you couldn't keep on and lost everything.
May I just ask what the reason was for rejecting the withdrawal if, as you said, your account was verified and you've had many successful withdrawals before?🤔
Hi, the first withdrawal of €400 (LTC) was cancelled and verification documents were requested... I am documenting the process up to the first withdrawal so that all readers can get an impression of LuckyHunter Casino...
Day 2:
Document for address verification rejected (bank statement - transactions blacked out / PDF) I should please provide an unedited document???
Selfie with ID card and visible elbows etc. is required...
So the usual verification hassle also applies to LuckyHunter!
Thank you for this. It is nice of you.
It is nothing unusual, though, that all the documents should be unedited and usually in PDF format. Of course they must be of good quality as well.
We'll wait for another update from you.
Please, to whom are you addressing this type of advice? In this situation, using the reply button might be helpful.
When exactly did you request the withdrawal, please?🤔
I'm asking because our complaint team is able to intervene only after the 14-day time period, so until then we need to wait, and only then we'll see any movement with your complaint.
Also, why don't you have a way to verify your account? Isn't there any bill in your name? Do I understand correctly?
Hello, the first withdrawal attempt was on November 16th, but I had not uploaded any documents at that time.
The withdrawal was canceled by the casino and documents were requested.
According to LuckyHunter, the following documents are possible for address verification:
-Bank statement (I submitted it, original!!!)
-Phone bill (I don't have one - online account)
-Electricity bill (I don't have it - it's not in my name)
The bank statement was initially accepted/verified, but then four days later we received a message saying that it was not accepted and that they needed a utility bill!?
So far only my ID has been accepted (front and back).
greeting
So, did they offer any other alternative documents that can be submitted to finish the verification process?
Hello, after the bank statement (transactions blacked out) was rejected, the casino requested an unprocessed bank statement (emails are available).
Then I uploaded a bank statement in the original format (PDF), which was accepted immediately. After 3 days the status was changed from accepted to not accepted and a utility bill was requested.
Additionally, I have already uploaded another invoice (Amazon) with my address details.
We are only at the beginning, the selfie with ID and the screenshot of the LTC transfer have not yet been verified!
I also wrote an email to support saying that there was no electricity bill in my name... and then I received the following message:
Greetings,
Please, upload a PDF utility bill as a proof of your address.
If you have any questions or doubts, please do not hesitate to contact us via email or via live chat.
Best Regards,
LuckyHunter Casino Support
Thank you so much for all this information.
It really looks complicated to get verified, as I can see. It is very important to get help from the support whenever needed, but from your description, I don't feel that they have offered much help.
Am I right?
If you don't have an electricity bill in your name, there should always be some alternative to it, so you can get verified.
I hope that our complaint team will be able to help you out soon and resolve this issue.
In your complaint, I can see that the casino has denied some of your documents. May I ask what was the reason for them to do so?🤔
They should explain it to you so you can resend them and your account can be verified, you know. So did they give you any explanation regarding this?
The last posts here are already a year old, and the casino has excellent reviews, so for anyone doing their research beforehand, here's a non-binding warning. According to the terms and conditions and footer, the casino has a new owner, no longer Hollycorn but "Stable Tech," which acquired dozens of casinos from Dama & Hollycorn. Casinos usually inform their customers by email, but in this case, the transition happened without notice, and 99% of players probably won't even notice.
The casino offers generous bonuses of 200-300% almost every week, with relatively high maximum winnings of €1,000-€2,000, even with a deposit of just €20. However, if someone actually manages to win such an amount, in my case, the winnings were deleted after 5 days with some arbitrary explanation, and the balance was reset to the €20 deposit. In my case, they simply claimed I had multiple accounts, which is untrue, and the casino provided no evidence to support this claim.
I've filed a complaint here with relatively little hope, but I can only say that caution is advised. I understand that casinos would go bankrupt if every customer withdrew €1,500 from a €20 deposit. However, this casino is the operator that offers such generous bonuses and maximum winnings, so fair play and integrity are essential, especially since €1,500 is nothing for such a large provider in terms of total revenue.
As mentioned, hopefully Casino.Guru can persuade the provider to adopt fair play. Please be cautious here and read current reviews, including those of other casinos, for example, here: (https://online.casinocity.com/ownership/stable-tech-nv/all/ - list incomplete, new casinos are constantly being added, e.g., Goldex, which also included Hollycorn, etc.)
Hi, I see you're having problems at the casino. What exactly did the casino say when they took your winnings? Did they say something general or something more specific? Is it just because of the situation you mentioned, that you have multiple accounts?
Of course, if you're sure that's not the case, then you filed the complaint correctly and I believe it will be clarified.
I'd appreciate it if you let me know if you find out anything new.
Good luck. ☘️
Dear Jaro,
No, I don't have multiple accounts, but how am I supposed to prove that? There's a reason the casino etc. has to provide clear evidence instead of just one sentence and then no further response, especially when it's €1,500!
Exactly, as a user you can't refute such a claim, especially since many things are strange:
This casino and many others change ownership without notification.
The software softswiss automatically detects shared accounts; I know this because about three years ago I used the same Wi-Fi network with my then-girlfriend, and we each used a bonus. In this case, no bonuses were credited. We were able to explain the situation at the time, and the bonuses were reactivated after KYC verification.
So, the casino sends out bonus offers, has them credited by the system (which could easily be configured for specific countries, a certain number of deposits, a minimum of 30 days since the last deposit, etc.), and then takes the money from the user. If the user happens to be lucky and it's a bonus with a very high winnings limit (20 EUR deposit -> 1,500 EUR winnings), then the withdrawal isn't processed for days, and then, with a single sentence, such a large balance is deleted with claim X. And of course, they always find some excuse in the terms and conditions, but it's incredibly frustrating for the customer that these things only come to light when they dare to request winnings... Otherwise, they could continue depositing for years.
Is this fair play and balanced?
I'm really curious to see if your colleagues can remain as neutral as possible when handling complaints. I'm fully aware that jobs at your company depend on these partnerships, and ultimately, you're the biggest player in the casino industry. I completely understand that it's difficult to remain neutral when dealing with a single user, especially since you offer this complaint service free of charge. Personally, I think it would be better if you charged, say, 20-50 euros for it, or at least offered a paid option with, for example, faster response times.
If a casino can get away with claims and perhaps some haphazardly cobbled-together "evidence" like "User XY also had your IP address 6 months ago" (everyone knows that IPs are usually dynamically assigned and never the same, they change regularly, and you could also have used a public Wi-Fi network, etc.), then it's definitely clear to me that they don't seem to be primarily aiming to help. As mentioned, this isn't an attack on you; I can understand to some extent that you have to be cautious, and if you're not making any money from the users, then this is primarily work.
I created another thread in the general forum today, this one factual, and I hope it gets approved. I know I don't have much reach here against this player with presumably a billion in revenue, and I have absolutely no interest in "badmouthing" a company and wasting two hours typing away on my phone every morning. But I simply think people should at least be able to find out about this through some research, so everyone can form their own independent opinion. I think you'd have to be pretty naive and gullible to try and refute it with excuses.
Best regards and thank you for your work!
David
