I have a withdrawal too I am waiting for 7 days now, I made it last Wednesday before going on holiday. They are telling me the same things.

Whenever you're verified in a casino, withdrawals should never take more than a week if it's a decent casino. Anything above that time period isn't a reasonable waiting time for a withdrawal. When it comes to player complaints, we always ask the players to give the casino 2 weeks. When you don't receive the money even after the 2 weeks, then it's suspicious.

I cannot but only agree with you. Waiting a withdrawal is really annoying especially when it's more than 3 days already. Although I have always been paid on this casino but the waiting time is always about a week or more.
