I played 20 euros in bonus, which they basically gave me 40, and I had to wager 650 to withdraw what I got, very difficult but with the nonsense after 2 weeks and many hours it went up to 2500 euros, I tried a withdrawal 4 days ago ( I already have the account verified with the KYC, that weird one) I withdrew 1000 euros and left approximately 1500 euros in the account to continue playing. I don't understand what you mean, in the profile it says bonus balance (the one they give you) and mine account balance my money from no one else, and with 20 euros that they gave me I made the wager of 650 and went from that to 2500 and in my profile it clearly stated account balance 2500 balance of bonus 0 euros, it was my money and suddenly after reading the email I log into my locowin account and I see that I have 20 euros. I do not suffer from gambling nor am I a regular player, but understand that when I saw that I went from 2,500 to 20 euros after 2 weeks of playing hours, increasing the balance, it made me somewhat upset. Hi, from what you describe it seems to me that it has been explained quite clearly. As long as you played with the bonus, there are some restrictions that apply. And those could be that you can't play it on any game and also some maximum bet you can have on the spin. 

Did you read about this somewhere in the Terms and Conditions ? It should be written there, or in the bonus itself that you activated. 

What games did you play and what was your bet ? 

There were 2 weeks of playing with a balance greater than €2000, I was shooting at 0.80, €1 or €2 even and buying bonuses of €50-70-€80, I had no idea about the bonus but apart from that, the bonus was already finished, I mean this is what I explained in the previous message, in the profile you have your balance and the bonus balance, and a wager of 650 to make that balance yours and withdraw it. I have wagered the 650 for 20 times, maybe in this time I have played I lost a lot and gained a lot, and the balance I had at the time of withdrawal was my account balance, according to what you told me, then I would never be able to withdraw it no matter what I did? If you have fulfilled the entire bonus and its wagering, then I wouldn't see why you wouldn't be able to withdraw. That would be a question for the casino. But you wrote that they accused you of playing some banned games as well. Have you looked into that? Try to catch it first when they tell you what you specifically violated and if you feel that the casino did nothing and evaluated it incorrectly, then we would try to help you. 

If what you uploaded was after the bonus was wagered and the terms of the bonus were met, then you should get the money. 

So try to think about it and be sure to let me know, because if you won fair and square and you think the casino is at fault, then we can try to help by filing a complaint.

Hello, according to what you describe you are going through account verification. Nothing unusual, and almost every casino has this process built into their withdrawals. I would definitely cooperate and when you successfully complete it let me know. I'm curious how long it will take before you are able to withdraw.

How long are you waiting for the withdrawal, and is your account fully verified?

Locowin does not pay me my prize of 3500 euros. I entered Locowin with the welcome bonus by depositing 50 euros which became 100 for the bonus. Well, I have read about the x36 and everything related to the bonus rules and I complied with absolutely everything and I even have it recorded how I reached 7000 euros. Then after a while of continuing to bet I went down to 3500 and decided on the same day, the 9th, to make the withdrawal and so began the eternal week of account confirmation. Once confirmed they tell me to wait 48 hours and after 48 hours I contact them and they tell me that there has been an internal problem and that they will contact me. In short, this happens today, the 18th in the morning, I open the page now and they have put the initial 50 and they have cancelled the 3500 without even notifying me anything by email as they said. I did not break any of their rules and for the first time they do not attend to me anymore through chat support. Please help me, I don't understand anything.

This must be really frustrating for you, especially if you didn't get any explanation regarding the situation.
