I have been trying to collect a refund since January 5, 2025 (the day it was approved).
They tell me that the transfer has already been made, but I haven't received it in my account.

I have all the conversations where they just say to be patient, and that they have already paid.

No nos engañemos, una transferencia no tarda 9 dias en llegar.
Ahora no me contestan los correos y por el chat no me contestan...
Tengo todas las conversaciones en las que se limitan a decir que tenga paciencia, y que ellos ya han pagado.
Había jugado con aterioridad con este casino y nunca tuve probemas hasta ahora.
Estoy muy decepcionado, y sé que no tengo nada que hacer... Si desde aqui me pueden ayudar se lo agradecería.

Yesterday they asked me for my bank account transactions to verify that I had not received the payment.
After confirming that this was the case, today it has finally arrived. It took 10 days, but LeoVegas finally delivered. I will continue with them.

En el dia de ayer me pidieron los movimientos de mi cuenta bancaria, para comprobar que efectivamente no había recibido el pago.
Al comprobar que así era, en el día de hoy, ya me ha llegado. 10 dias han hecho falta, pero al fin, LeoVegas cumplió. Seguiré con ellos.
