This casino is the most ridiculous ever.

A maximum of 500 euros can be paid out per day.

The joke, however, is that the next application can only be submitted when the previous one is closed + 3 days

Payments are only made Monday to Friday from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. and take approximately 3-5 working days.

Assuming you have won 5000 euros on a Monday, you can expect the payout to take almost 20 weeks, which is an absolute joke.

You don't see anything like that on the website itself; it advertises instant payouts and no limits.

Well, the casino doesn't have it set up in the nicest way but I've encountered something similar many times before. 

However, they also have it mentioned in the terms and condition where they have a table exactly for these withdrawals.

You would have to be a higher level to be able to make more withdrawals per day.

No, my money has not been paid out yet. As I said, it would be acceptable if the withdrawal was processed daily.

But since you can only make the next payout after the last + 3 days, the example looks like this:

Prize: 5000 euros.

Withdrawal request Friday - no payout because it's too late, Saturday and Sunday are no work days... Then 3-5 days (of course it takes 5 so you're tempted to keep gambling). With a bit of luck it will be paid out on Friday (1 week over... Now 3 more working days have to pass before the next application can be submitted. That means I can't submit the new application until next Thursday. 3-5 more working days... Then in the best case scenario I'll get my money on Wednesday in week 3. Wait another 3 days... We reach Monday in week 4 - application can be submitted... And so on...

In the end, you end up chasing the money forever. For MONTHS.

So no one is going to do anything about this scam casino right?

Well, when you turn on the page it gives you the choice to use English or German. The English version is always the one to look at and usually superior to the others. But when I opened the German version, there is only one line for the EUR currency, but that's basically what you need to know.

I saw that the casino closed your account, but I don't quite understand how it is possible that you got some refund and wanted to continue with some more.
