When you say the casino is staling, are you taking about concrete information? To me, it seems like other players have been experiencing delays too, so sadly, it makes sense that all payouts have been delayed. But I'd definitely love to know the details.

They now claim that I only have one payout even though both are visible in the system.
Exactly the same thing happened to me. The support is simply lying. First they said it was confirmed and would be sent out today, after I said, why are you lying? The count is still not at the same point, there was just a macro announcement again.
