After successfully verifying my identity through a selfie and ID document, I was still asked for additional video verification, despite no clear reason for it. I promptly submitted the video as requested.

Initially, support informed me that the video verification would take a maximum of 48 hours, but I was later told it could take up to two weeks. I fear this is a tactic to delay my withdrawal, as I’ve seen similar cases where the process transitions from verification to investigation just to avoid paying out winnings. I hope my concerns are unfounded and that my winnings will be paid out soon.

It is nothing unusual that a casino would request an additional verification from its players when it comes to a higher withdrawal amount and I hope that they will be able to finish it as soon as possible.

We usually give casinos 14 full days to proceed with the verification and complete the payment before our complaint team intervene. So hopefully there won't be any need for this and you receive your money before this time frame.

Despite these promises, the process has taken much longer, which raises doubts about the casino’s intentions.

Anything beyond 48 hours begins to feel like a deliberate strategy to delay payouts, potentially frustrating players to the point where they give up on the withdrawal or continue playing with the balance. This approach does not reflect well on the casino’s transparency or fairness.

The support team has informed me that my account is once again under investigation, which is confusing given the fact that my account had already passed verification.

To make matters worse, today at 18:03, I received an email from Jackbit Casino stating that my account has been closed due to a "company’s sole decision," without any specific explanation or reason provided. This raises further concerns, especially since there was no indication of any issue previously.

Following this, I attempted to withdraw 12.163 USDT, but I received the following response:

We are contacting you to inform you that the requested transaction was not successful. You have reached your weekly withdrawal limit. To withdraw funds, please try again after the specified time.

Based on this message, I understand that the withdrawal limits are 25.000 USD per 7 days, according to the casino's terms and conditions. A short while ago, I attempted to withdraw 3.300 USDT, which, combined with my previous withdrawal, remains within the 25.000 USD limit over the 7-day period.

I am currently waiting for this withdrawal to be credited to my account. I will inform you here once the funds are received. After 7 days, I will attempt to withdraw the remaining balance and provide an update at that time.

I urge Jackbit Casino to approve the withdrawal of 3.300 USDT, which is within the allowable limit for this period.
