Hello. They said that there was a mistake with a game and then said that I also won with other games and still said that it was not paid for.

A few months ago I won up to 1000 euros and it was paid for, but now I've won more and they didn't want to pay out.

I waited 5 days for CC and wrote to them 4 times and the fourth time they said no, it will not be paid out

Oh, I'm sorry to say that but, this rule is quite common and protects the casino, especially in such cases.

Has the casino provided you with proof that there was an error in some games? If there's proof. I fear that point 16.3 will be applied as well. 🙁 The winnings affected by bugs or errors won't be paid.

Yes, I saw other people complaining about the same problem, but it is a disregard for us customers, after all we play to win and be able to withdraw even for a certain need sometimes we count on the money earned and then these things happen, anyway. Hello, we really witnessed some withdrawal delays in last period of time but I can assure you, that if you are aware you haven't violated anything from casino's T&C then you will be paid. As example you can go through this happy ending case which was about quite high winning. 🙂
