And there is a very logical explanation for the part where you compare deposits with withdrawals.
That's not good logic, because deposits have nothing to do with withdrawals and associated checks.
If only because there is no procedure you need to follow in order to successfully deposit in the casino, right?
Aside from that, to get the withdrawal approved and then fulfilled, you must usually at least pass:
Do you see the difference?
Anyway, what do you think casinos do with your "personal stuff"? If you are truly concerned about this, play only at crypto casinos.
There are other possible risks, though.
There was no problem with my bank, the money left my account and there were no problems.
Yes, but I still find it very regrettable, by doing this AskGamblers could be accused of complicity in fraud, by giving them such good publicity...
I've contacted the UK Gambling Commission, telling them about the problem, and asking for a government contact. As soon as I hear back from them, I'll let you know.
Do you think there are any other solutions?
I really hate it.
Frankly, it is. Just imagine you can buy a "ready-to-go" casino; almost all you need to do is link a working bank account, to start collecting deposits.
And this is specifically one of the main reasons why we aim to review as many casinos as we can find. These days, a lack of information might be a costly mistake. 🙁
I must confess that I don't prefer to discuss problems related to my gambling activities with my banker. It's a very sensitive subject in France and I don't know how they might react. But yes, the transaction appears as completed, and I made it as an instant transfer, a service charged 1 euro by my bank, but the transfer was made within a second. So the money was received by the casino, I'm 200% sure of it...
The evolution slots don't work you got this message :
Error: Oops! Something went wrong!.
I asked why and they said:
we don't use the data of the player's location, such as their IP or country. certain game providers have blacklisted specific countries in this case your country is not allowed for this game and unfortunately we can't do anything about it . there are different ways to change the location

And when i asked for their license they said this?

I understand that you don't want to deal with the bank even though it would be the easiest way to find out if everything is okay on their side. So I see that the transaction was complete and you still don't have the money.
Anyway, could you let us know what the commission wrote off when you get a reply ?

As for the game provider itself, have you tried asking if your country is restricted for them ? I would also try to check the terms and conditions to see if there is something written there, because I think that such a thing should definitely be written there.
As far as the license is concerned, I think the casino is trying to play the game by having one, but according to our website they don't operate any. So I'd definitely be careful before depositing any more here. 🤔
Anyway, I don't know if I've asked this before, but how long are you waiting for your withdrawal ?
Not that long as other to be honest. I made the withdraw on the 18th and the 20th my account was verified. I saw people saying they were waiting weeks or even months on withdraws and they say exaclty the same to me. Its more that i made this message to protect ofher players.
Still nothing from my end. The chat is still online. I don't understand how this is possible.
I understand that and you have joined the others with your experience which is a good approach in my opinion. If your problem persists, you can file a complaint with us and we will try to help, although I am not sure how it will turn out. Anyway, fingers crossed that everyone gets their money. 🤞
Hi, how long have you been waiting for your money ? Did casino also say any reason why your withdrawal is taking longer ?
Unfortunately you are among many other players who have the same problem as you. I would be happy if the players could get the money, but I have seen a few complaints where the casino has not responded yet and I am a bit skeptical.
Let me know how you get on.
Hi Jaro
its the same as everyone else has got from their chat support which is "backlog" which is BS due to the fact that its a small casino and should not suffer from any backlog.
It could be that there is a third party handling their payments and that they indeed have a backlog. But I dont believe so.
I don't think anyone got paid. I contact the chat almost every day, and it's always the same Mila who replies, that she "passes on my message to the appropriate team". No response to my emails for several days/weeks.
I'm still waiting for UKGC to get back to me. It says on their website that they reply within 20 days on average, so all we can do now is wait. But I'm hopeful because their offices are based in England, so they're exposed to very heavy penalties if the scam is confirmed (and it is a scam, the casino will never give us the money back on its own without being forced to do so).
Hi Rmx
That sounds like a good idé!
Put some presure on them might do some good and that others wont fall for their scammy bussines
Hi Baloe79
Well thats good and always something that you got paid from them.
Funny thing is that when you ask for a withdraw cancellation in the chat, its not immidiate and takes a while, which to me indicats that there is someone that handles those questions.
No, me neither but it was christmas and mine is pending since the 18th so not that long. Still very strange. This is their answer everytime:
