From my expirence... and after read thousand complains... case on court... casinos do not provide evidence, because they dont have evidence... this is just tactic to not pay...

I won around 300 euros at sports betting. Of course, it is too much for them to pay. They will 'investigate' my winnings for up to 31 days. Hi, a similar thing happened to what also happened again yesterday. When playing Magic Apple slot at Fresh Casino, 3 x Pslaces resulted to trigger free spins, with a $3 wager. Software shutdown before it could load the feature and stayed thst way for days, where the game judt wouldn't load. Eventually tthe game loaded although the 8 freespins were not there to play and instead the Casino gave me $31, which I thought was disrespectful considering the free spins were to be played at $3 each.

Approx a week later, the Apple Feature gets triggered on a 50c wager yet dies the same as described above, shut down before feature could load and has stayed that way since. Now im expecting the same result, once the game is enabled to load again, no winnings from the feature last had and coincidentally, no feature to play either! This will then enable the Casino to engage in another disrespectful offer in lieu of missing out again, on the slots winning features. The Casino was readily accepted my losing deposits on this slot for some time previous to when the two issues occurred. They declined refunding my Casino deposits for that day, which after the first event and its outcomes, I felt was a perfectly just request, especially considrring the two features had been triggered , then not allowing me to play! How any such business in this industry feels it appropriate in accepting lost deposits all day from its Players, to then deny paying them when they win, astounds me, as Fresh Casino's attention to detail, immediately impressed me.  The second instance still finds MAGIC BALL unable to load and this is what happened the first time, with the 8 free spins on $3, were not allowed to be playerd, they just gave $31

How do I rid my device of the freeze put on the Magic Ball slot, so hopefully when loaded again, the Apple Feature won't have started?

Hi, I've moved your post under the casino you're talking about where you're having problems with the slots. As for the freezing, have you tried asking support why it keeps happening when it has occurred twice and if there is any way to fix it? 

Additionally, do you have any screenshots of what you described, because if it keeps happening, it might be a good idea to file a complaint, since you say you should have gotten $3 worth of free spins, but the casino only gave you $31 in compensation.

Hi, it means that for each period of time, you cannot withdraw less than 3x of what you deposited. So for example if you deposit $100 in 24 hours, you shouldn't be able to withdraw less than $300 in 24 hours. πŸ™‚
