Given the current circumstances, this statement "Please, let us know if we can make things better, we are here to listen!" was really not the best one, if I may say so.

As per the T&C stated on the website all such bonuses do have certain limitations. Furthermore, we went above and beyond these by increasing the maximum withdrawable amount from the no-deposit bonus for your account as goodwill gesture.

After the money in deposits I made without any withdrawals I think it was the minimum

But it must have been a bonus with no maximum withdrawal because I had never seen that in any casino.

These con artists are happy taking your money. So; if tou want to lose without even playing a cent, this casino seems like an incredible choice! They take the money from your bank account but never credit.
