There is simply nothing at the ECJ here yet, you probably have to complete 1000 days of negotiations in Malta before enforcement is rejected after 30 years, then you can appeal to the ECJ against the rejected enforcement. Nothing happens here before that... the word "law" should not be used in connection with this farce because of course it has nothing to do with law.

A well-known sports betting and casino provider based in Malta has offered a settlement for a four-figure sum. I accepted it, it worked without any problems and I received money.

3 providers submitted lists. These have been evaluated and a lawsuit has been filed.

1 provider still owes lists.

The big chunk of losses (high 5 digits) lies with Jokerstars. I was told that this operator generally doesn't pay and that the PKF is currently waiting for the test cases against the CEO of Stars... so I assume that I will probably never see this money again. But it's already playful, so I can only win if something else comes along.
