The only question now is whether this now applies to everyone who has already been executed or only to those who are now suing.
The ECJ is not expected to make a decision in 2024, which means at least another 2 years of waiting.
So I think Malta is also waiting for the ECJ. Otherwise the staged process from Malta would have been pointless haha
As an Austrian, it doesn't concern you at all what the ECJ says about German gambling legislation....the Maltese Bill55 is not even before the ECJ. Here, a submission to the ECJ has so far simply been rejected.....the proceedings that are suspended here are proceedings German courts and not the enforcement in Malta. There's probably a lot of confusion here
