Reputable providers also finance lawsuits against N1. Almost everyone in Austria continues to finance this.
Grundsätzlich ist das sehr unprofessionell - so auch die Meinung vieler andere PKF, denn so ermutigt man offen die Casinos dass sie schlicht nicht zahlen sollen und dem Beispiel sind ja nun auch die meisten gefolgt. N1 ist nicht zahlungsunfähig sondern weigert sich einfach zu zahlen und je weniger Klagen desto weniger müssen die am Ende eben zahlen. Gewinnen tut hier nur der Anbieter.
Seriöse Anbieter finanzieren auch klagen gegen N1. Sogut wie alle in Österreich finanzieren das weiterhin.

Has no one here filed a criminal complaint against the managing directors yet? The whole thing is also criminally relevant STGB § 284 organization of illegal gambling and not just under civil law! Even if you file a criminal complaint, you don't have to worry about being prosecuted because only organizing illegal gambling, not participating, is threatened with up to 2 years in prison!
Hat eigentlich hier noch niemand Strafanzeige gegen die Geschäftsführer eingebracht? Das ganze ist nämlich auch strafrechtlich relevant STGB § 284 Veranstaltung von illegalem Glücksspiel und nicht nur zivilrechtlich! Man muss sich auch bei strafrechtlicher Anzeige keine Sorgen machen selber verfolgt zu werden weil ausdrücklich nur die Veranstaltung von illegalem Glücksspiel nicht jedoch die Teilnahme mit bis zu 2 Jahren Gefängnis bedroht sind!

So it will certainly take at least another year until the first model cases have been decided and even then, we don't know, or even how long the new cases will last and whether the cases will be quicker if the ECJ comments on them has ? So there are still so many open questions and they are not explained so clearly because they themselves have no idea. They all want their money, but no one knows how to collect the money 😂
Also das wird sicher noch mindestens 1 Jahr dauern, bis die ersten Musterverfahren entschieden sind und selbst dann, weiß man nicht, ja nicht mal wie lange dann die neuen Verfahren andauern werden und ob das dann schneller geht mit den Verfahren wenn sich der EuGH dazu geäußert hat ? Also da sind noch so viele offenen Fragen und die die werden auch nicht so klar erklärt, weil die selbst keine Ahnung haben. Die wollen alle ihr Geld haben, aber keiner weiß wie das funktioniert mit dem Geld eintreiben 😂

The ECJ is not expected to make a decision in 2024, which means at least another 2 years of waiting.
Die Frage ist jetzt nur, gilt dad jetzt für alle die auch bereits Exekutieren oder nur für die jetzt klagen.
2024 ist nicht zu rechnen das der eugh eine Entscheidung trifft das bedeutet min. 2 Jahre noch warten.

As an Austrian, it doesn't concern you at all what the ECJ says about German gambling legislation....the Maltese Bill55 is not even before the ECJ. Here, a submission to the ECJ has so far simply been rejected.....the proceedings that are suspended here are proceedings German courts and not the enforcement in Malta. There's probably a lot of confusion here
als Österreicher betrifft es dich überhaupt nicht was der EUGH zur Deutschen Glücksspielgesetzgebung sagt....die maltesische Bill55 liegt noch nichtmal beim EUGH hier wurde eine Vorlage an den EUGH bisher schlicht abgelehnt.....die Verfahren die hier ausgesetzt werden sind Verfahren vor Deutschen Gerichten und nicht die Vollstreckungen in Malta. Hier wird wohl einiges durcheinandergebracht
