They are waiting for the decision from the ECJ. My case has been going on there for over 2 years and I also have Mr Green
For example, in judgments it is also decided, but if you then search separately under the reference number, you come back to other procedures with status Proof Plaintiff etc... that's really tedious
So far the ECJ has not even dealt with it yet, they have always simply rejected the submission to the ECJ....not to mention the fact that numerous EU member states don't give a damn about what the ECJ rules - see Poland...

I'm not allowed to reveal that, according to my lawyer, who got the verdict from the lawyer who sued. What I can say is that the managing director was ordered to pay the full amount. I think you'll be able to access this soon. I'll check which court it was in so that you can request it there.

That's exactly how it is. For me it took three months in 2020 after filing the lawsuit, with the settlement, 80%, also with this joke clause, but no matter. Today I would sue. But back then I was one of the first in Germany and the legal system was still on shaky ground. Nobody really knew where it was going, although the legal situation has been clear since 2009, since the ECJ ruling.
