No issue. MrGreen offered me a comparison at the time. I got 85% of my losses back. I was happy with it and it was very quick.
But I had to sign a confidentiality clause and will therefore not make any further statements.

They are all just shut down until a decision comes from the ECJ. Negotiations are still ongoing.
Die sind ja alle nur still gelegt, bis eine Entscheidung vom EUGH kommt. Da wird ja noch weiterverhandelt.

es steht zb bei judgements auch decided aber wenn man dann unter der Referenznummer extra sucht, kommt man wieder zu anderen Verfahren mit Status Proof Plaintiff usw … das ist echt mühsam
So far the ECJ has not even dealt with it yet, they have always simply rejected the submission to the ECJ....not to mention the fact that numerous EU member states don't give a damn about what the ECJ rules - see Poland...
bis jetzt ist der EUGH noch nicht mal damit befasst die haben die Vorlage an den EUGH doch immer schlicht einfach abgelehnt....ganz abgesehen davon das sich zahlreiche EU Mitgliedsländer einen Dreck darum scheren was der EUGH urteilt - siehe Polen...

Das darf ich nicht Preis geben, laut meines Anwaltes, der das Urteil von der Anwältin bekommen hat, die geklagt hat. Das was ich sagen kann, der Geschäftsführer wurde im vollen Umfang zur Zahlung verurteilt. Ich denke mal, das man das bald abrufen kann. Ich schaue mal, vor welchem Gericht es war, damit man das da anfordern kann vielleicht.

That's exactly how it is. For me it took three months in 2020 after filing the lawsuit, with the settlement, 80%, also with this joke clause, but no matter. Today I would sue. But back then I was one of the first in Germany and the legal system was still on shaky ground. Nobody really knew where it was going, although the legal situation has been clear since 2009, since the ECJ ruling.
Genau so ist das. Bei mir hat es 2020 drei Monate gedauert, nach einreichung der Klage, mit dem Vergleich, 80%,auxh mit dieser Witzklausel, aber egal. Heute würde ich durchklagen. Aber damals war ich einer der ersten in Deutschland und man stand da noch auf wackeligen Beinen, in der Rechtssprechung. Keiner wusste so richtig, wo es hingeht, obwohl die Rechtslage seit 2009 klar ist, seit dem Eugh Urteil.

Das du schwer von Begriff bist, wissen ja mittlerweile alle. Mit jedem Aktenzeichen, eines Urteils kannst dun auch in Österreich, das Urteil runterladen mittlerweile. Aber das du das nicht kapierst, war mir irgendwo schon klar und das von dir wieder mal ein wirrer Kommentar kommt auch. Wie gesagt, dein Halbwissen ist schon beängstigend.
