If Bayton hadn't paid back then, we would have seized their account. I found out where my money went using the IBAN. They went to Deutsche Handelsbank, based in Munich. But then we paid without any problems.

After the lawsuit was filed, it took almost half a year. They have applied twice to delay it. Both had submitted applications.

I have a title but I'm worried that if it doesn't get paid you'll have to find out which bank the provider was at in order to knock on the bank's door with this title. Does enforcement apply even if the bank was (now) a former bank?
