My intention in posting here was to encourage DelOro Casino to address my issue, as I have been experiencing difficulties getting a response through email for over a month. I would prefer to resolve this matter privately, but their lack of response has led me to seek visibility on this forum. I hope this will prompt them to take action and address my concerns directly.
