Hello, avoid this casino. I have been trying to get my account verified since 16 december 2025. After 2 weeks I checked to see that my documents with my driver license were rejected. I contacted support livechat, they told me that they could not see any specific reason why the documents were rejected. Please upload new documents, this time I took a photo of my passport and a selfie with my passport. I wait another week, still pending. I thought I would review this casino for everyone as I have used them for a year now.

Layout:

Quite good! You can sort by provider, live casino, type of games and recent games.

Customer service:

Amazing! They are very friendly! And you can usually have a bonus everything you ask, and they have a bonus every other day + 10% cashback on your losses on Thursday, no wagering.

Slots availability:

Unfortunatley here is where they get most deductions from me. They have almost all providers, but they are missing ELK.

And my biggest grip is that they have opted to run lower RTP versions on many of their providers, big ones like Pragmatic, Play and Go, Thunderkick and Blueprint, some of the Blueprint ones are running at a shocking 92%!

If they changed that, it would be almost 10/10 for me personally.

Talking about their slots, they do seem to do something really weird though, and I have not gotten answer from them.

It seems, if you win "big" they tend to remove the slot from the catalogue, it's very bizzare as we all know it's random. Fire in the Hole 2, Tanked, Ghost Glyph (a very low volatile slot, but I hit 600x and within 30 min it was gone! No explanation) and Dead Men Walking is a few that comes to mind. I flagged this months ago, they blamed it on the provider having maintenence but that's not true. Not sure it's a licencing thing or what but it's very strange.

Other notes:

They are VPN friendly.

Cashout is Instant, I'm UK and it hits your bank account within minutes usually. They do take a fee, and they have max limits of 1000 Euros a day, but if you are regular you get that raised. I'm not sure what mine is, but I've withdrawn thousands in one day and not been an issue.

Responsibile gaming:

They used to have a self coolout function, where you could block yourself for 24 hours. This has been removed.. stating that players used it wrongly.. ? Dosen't seem right with me, but you can contact support and they can block you if you wish.

Overall a very good casino, VPN friendly, instant cashouts, most slots. But unfortunatley low RTP on some, and some bizzare slot removals which never got explained.

Avoid this casino it's fraudulent, you will do good up until your first withdrawal, and then those criminals will lower RTP. For me it was the best and most trustworthy casino.

I am a normal worker and I have lost 12,000 euros in three months, which is a significant amount for me. But when I tried to withdraw money, I suddenly encountered a limit of only 1,000 euros per day, even though I had previously been told that withdrawals of up to 10,000 euros per day were possible – as recommended on platforms like Casino Guru.

In the end, I was only able to withdraw 2,000 euros of the 5,000 euros and lost the rest. I feel like I was deliberately tricked into losing my winnings, and unfortunately that seems to have been the casino's strategy.

The RTP in the casino is just extremely low, it is hard to find a casino where games do not pay at all.
The support seems friendly, but is full of false promises, they promise you amazing bonuses, great cashback if you deposit. After you deposit, you get the bonus with huge wagering requirements and cashback is very low.
They only care about how much you loose and not how loyal you are to the casino.
Best to avoid this casino and look for a better one.

Also, they only stopped sending promotional emails after contacting them for like 7 times, super annoying.

I hated playing there. It’s a great casino to play if your intentions are to be robbed of your hard earned $$$$. Best feature is fast pay out but that’s it!!!!

There game play is bad. When you spin it takes 20 seconds for the reels to stop. When in bonus rounds they will disconnect you from the game then re enter it. I feel it’s fixed. Low RTP not at all high like they advertise

Some slot providers are set at highest RTP but also quite a few aren't. This is why the 4 bar rating instead of 5. Fix those RTPs and Deloro will become a major player.
