Today there is no longer any mention of an issue with GBP withdrawal and now they are simply saying 2-5 business days.

Good news. Let us know if you receive the money

Well guys, we knew something would happen.

after days of asking for updates, I've received an email today saying this:

"We hope this email finds you well.

We are reaching out to sincerely apologize for the delay in processing your withdrawal request. We understand the importance of timely transactions and we regret any inconvenience this delay may have caused you.

Regarding your withdrawal request, we have to inform you about the policy in our T&C regarding bonus withdrawals. Please note that the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from any claimed bonus (Lucky wheel spin & Loyalty points) is 200 GBP.

This means that if you have received a bonus and have winnings exceeding 200 GBP from it, the maximum withdrawal amount will be capped at 200 GBP, any excess amount above this limit will not be eligible for withdrawal.

With this being said, we regret to inform you that you are not eligible for the full amount of 1400GBP as you requested since the maximum withdrawal amount on no-deposit bonuses is capped at 200 GBP.

Our team will reach out today for the withdrawal details.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy. Should you have any questions or require further clarification, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team."

I had won the money on bonus money but I had wagered it until it was in the 'real money balance'. I knew it was too good to be true!

now let's see if I receive the £200 lol

Hi, I've read about your situation and I'm sorry, but it's not something that's unfortunately uncommon nowadays.

However, did you play with any no deposit bonus ? I'm asking because in almost all cases I've always found that they have some kind of maximum cashout. Sometimes it can be confusing just when the cap on the money comes. Some casinos will do it as soon as the bonus conditions are met and leave you with only what you can withdraw. Other casinos have it so that they cap the funds when you go to withdraw. And I have a feeling that this is exactly your case.

So let me know if you got at least the 200 you had left. 😕

Yeah I knew something fuckery wise would happen lol.

what happened was I ran up a bonus balance of £5 to around £500 then it quickly went to £200 as that was the max you could win from bonus money. I assumed now it was 'my' money and my real balance.

i then ran this up to £1400 and when I've went to withdraw they're saying I'm only due £200 from it. So it's been capped again.

If I may say so, I believe Jaro hit the nail here.

It would be much easier for players to avoid such a stupid situation IF the casino stated in the rules (at least there) one needs to withdraw the amount in order to get rid of the bonuses restrictions.

A much better alternative is a simple pop-up saying "Hey, you just made it to the max cashout! Please submit a withdrawal request equal to the maximum cashout of the active bonus, so you can end it and keep playing with your own funds."

It's not so complicated, if you ask me...

That reminds me of my first experience at the casino. I managed to get a balance over 1k. Maybe it's part of their plan. make it look possible and then never happens again

Well, many players have encountered this situation and we have dealt with such cases many times. It would be easiest, as Radka said, to have some pop-up and we fight for that at casinos if they don't have terms and conditions clearly explained in the bonuses. It shouldn't be a puzzle for players to read a few sentences and learn as much as possible from them and of course know clearly what needs to be fulfilled. But as we can see this is not always the case.

So that's why I personally would probably avoid bonuses or I would read carefully what conditions they have and anything I wouldn't understand or wouldn't be mentioned and I have knowledge of it I would ask in live chat.

Great, I'm so glad, how long did it take you to get the money ? 😊🎉☘️

Do you think you will play in this casino again but without bonuses ? Or will you pay more attention and always look for everything you need and use the bonuses ?
