The thing is, no submitted complaint about Betsolino Casino has been submitted with Casino Guru under this profile. May I know where you lodged your complaint, please? It almost seems it was under a different account. I spotted your unresolved complaints against 5Bonuses Casino, though. Yet it is a different company. Romi was addressing the issue you're having with Betsolino Casino; just clarify the events. In any case, this particular casino has started collecting black points for ignored, meaning unresolved, complaints too. The more people submit complaints, however, the lower its reputation gets unless they figure out a way to cooperate in complaint resolution; hence - it has a meaning to complain, I wager.

I think that if the casino doesn't plan to pay the players, the players can bombard them with emails as much as they want and it won't achieve anything. I personally don't think it will be a success, but if you plan to try it, I won't talk you out of it.
