People make fun of us. I have 3 withdrawals of €500 and nothing. Today I went to log into my account and it tells me wrong passwords etc. I'm talking on live chat and you're making fun of me too. They don't send me an email to even change my password. We probably lost our money guys unfortunately

Hi everyone! I have a problem with betriot.

I made a nice win and for a couple of weeks, I managed to withdraw 9, €500 per withdrawal.

for almost two weeks, however, I can't. Usually, withdrawals took 3 days.

instead, now, it no longer accepts the initial payment method (I asked for a response via email, because from the chat they tell me that I have to write to support via email) and I entered another. But 3 days have passed and now, they ask me to wait at least until next Tuesday. I asked why they did not accept the other method and they cannot tell me.

what can i do if the withdrawals don't arrive on this card either? I really need this money and I don't want to give it up.

Hey, we always give the casino 14 days to pay the player. If you continue to have problems and nothing comes in, then you can file a complaint with us. 

However, on the one hand I would say that so far you have always received money according to what you write, on the other hand, if there is a problem with the payment method, the casino should navigate you and advise you what you should do and not tell you nothing. 

So if you have another withdrawal, I would be patient and wait and if nothing changes in the mentioned time and you don't know anything relevant, then get in touch and we will try to help.

Yes. I will review. But even if the payments are going, I find their way of acting a little too unfair. We know that gambling addiction exists and by creating this type of problem, such as suddenly not being able to withdraw for two weeks or even having a limit of €500 withdrawal per day. Or €7000 per month of bank transfer, which I still was not able to complete because it always gave an error; and from the support, I did not get any help... all this, could very simply lead to the player gambling everything again.
