As I said, bank transfers are the slowest - sometimes it takes a couple of days until the money makes it to your account. You have been waiting for more than a week, if I'm not mistaken, give it a few more; I think you're almost there.

I didn't have to send any documents. No, they just asked me to verify my CPF and it's been 4 days and my withdrawal is still being analyzed.

So you are 4 days in your withdrawal process? If I need to verify something, I would try to be patient and wait for this check to go through and see where you get. We give casinos 14 days to cash out and verify the player. If nothing happens and you haven't had any new news, be sure to let us know and we'll try to help you out.

The deadline they gave was a maximum of five days and it's already been five days since the withdrawal request and I need this money!
I understand that it's not nice if a casino gives you a deadline and doesn't meet it, I would certainly be frustrated as well.
